Mizore from Rosario+Vampire, my favorite of the females in the story.

I dunno why, she just seemed kinda appealing when I first saw her. (in the manga)

(Her hair and eye color remind me of Lou, although I originally thought she had white hair when I read the manga)

Note: I had too many icons on my desktop so I took them off to make her more prominent, oh and sorry for the low quality, I just stretched it to make it big.
